 &lt;/span&gt;Sempre sonhei, mas andei decepcionada pelas promessas das padarias que entre e sai do Alto como a maré.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Procurei em todas um verdadeiro espresso para tomar durante a correria entre Colégio São Paulo, Pró Arte, Guedes, a papelaria, devolvendo filmes, e as outras tarefas que resolvo por aí.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Ontem meus sonhos foram realizados.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Entrei no San Telmo Café.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;É um verdadeiro café, igual que freqüentava em Los Angeles, New Orleans, Chicago, ou São Paulo.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;O café é bom.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Servem espresso, cappuccino, vienese entre outros, feitos com Café Orfeu.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Eles também vendem Café Orfeu moído ou em grão.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;San Telmo tem uma variedade de chás nacionais e importados.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Também servem chocolate levemente adoçado com alto teor de cacau.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;O cardápio inclui doces, salgados e sorvetes.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Estão introduzindo café da manhã, bom para quem pega o ônibus para o Rio no outro lado da rua. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;San Telmo é um lugar de bom astral; excelente para passar alguns momentos lendo o jornal ou relaxando a cabeça antes de buscar a criançada.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="font-weight: bold;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;San Telmo Café&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Algumas margarinas ainda contem gordura trans, ou outros ingredientes que a gente não sabe o que fazem.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Comemos manteiga pelo menos 10,000 anos e sabemos o que faz com os nossos corpos.&lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Forme os biscoitos com uma colher.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Coloque cada colherada no tabuleiro forrado com papel manteiga untada.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Asse os biscoitos 9-11 minutos ou até ficam dourados nas beiradas.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Retire os biscoitos do tabuleiro imediatamente.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Esfrie os biscoitos numa grade ou pano de prato.&lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;O amargo pode ser qualquer folha, um legume como brócolis ou vagem, batata, ou outra base amarga.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Essencial é um componente azedo, como vinagre ou algum cítrico.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Os outros componentes definam a salada, é o que dar caráter, estilo, atitude, etc...à salada.&lt;span style=""&gt;   &lt;/span&gt;Os contrastes que criam interesse.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Quente + frio, salgado + doce, picante + cremoso.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;É o que diferencia a salada especial da salada mundana.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Mais do que qualquer outro prato é importante escolher ingredientes frescos e de boa qualidade para fazer salada.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Abrir lata é proibido!&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Escolhe Produtos da Região&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;:&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Fazendo essa escolha faz mais diferença do que imaginar!&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Normalmente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; produtos da região são mais frescos e mais saborosos porque ficaram na fazenda até amadureceram.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Eles não foram colhidos antes de amadurecer como é necessária para produtos que viajam grandes distancias.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Fazendo essa escolha você está ajudando manter uma variedade de produtos ser cultivada na nossa região.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="text-indent: 35.4pt;font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Esse ato apóia a economia regional e a biodiversidade de agropecuária.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="text-indent: 35.4pt;font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Por ultimo, escolhe produtos regionais por que gastaram menos petróleo e criaram menos poluição para chegar no mercado.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Escolham, por exemplo, ameixas nacionais em vez de importadas, ainda que a época é mais curta, por que elas gastaram muito menos petróleo e energia para chegar aqui.&lt;span style=""&gt;   &lt;/span&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Escolham produtos da época&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;:&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Para os mesmos motivos mencionados acima, escolham produtos da época.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;São mais frescos e saudáveis, e não viajaram o mundo para chegar aqui.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Produtos orgânicos são cultivados sem adubos e agrotóxicos químicos.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;É uma op&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;çã&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;o para evitar químicas perigosas na dieta, e a continuação de adubos químicos estragando as fontes de água potável.&lt;span style=""&gt;
